Terms
Fifteen is operated by Pevide Studio LLC. By buying a placement you agree to these terms and to the rules, which form part of them.
What you are buying
Advertising placement on fifteen.show, for the duration and at the position described in the rules. You are not buying a backlink, a ranking outside this site, a guaranteed number of clicks, or any outcome for your business.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to promote the URL you submit, that it does not fall into a banned category, and that the tagline you write is accurate. You grant us permission to display the URL, its domain name, its favicon and your tagline on this site and in the permanent archive.
Removal
We can remove any listing at any time. If a listing is removed for breaking the rules, the payment is refunded in full. If a listing is removed at your request after going live, it is not refunded.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Amounts are in US dollars. Auction bids are card authorizations, not charges; only the winning bid is captured. We never see or store your card details.
Availability
The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a listing you paid for is not displayed for a material part of its term because of a failure on our side, tell us and we will make it right, either by extending the placement or by refunding it.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to a placement is limited to what you paid for that placement.
Links to other sites
Every listing is paid placement. We screen for malware and for the banned categories, but we do not endorse, verify or vouch for anything a listing links to. Clicking is at your discretion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
